Invoices away! Airpas software will streamline Ryanair’s invoicing, among other operations

Airpas Aviation, a specialist in aviation cost-control and invoice-processing software, has landed a significant contract with Ryanair. The deal sees Airpas software providing cost- and contract-management for over 1,200 Ryanair routes and over 160 Ryanair airports as part of the airline’s plans to further trim costs and fares.

Ryanair’s Daniel de Carvalho said the Airpas software would provide the airline with a sophisticated system to manage costs for fuel, ground handling, landing fees, taxes and overflight charges, as well as revenue management.

The system will also support profitability accounting, electronic invoicing and decision-management, and reporting.
