As the technology world flexes and adapts, businesses with an eye to the future need to flex and adapt too. With its recent rebrand, Dublin-based Evad Technology Group is positioning itself as a complete IT managed services provider, offering everything from cloud migration to robust cyber security solutions, to help businesses confidently embrace innovation.
“Rebranding is a strategic decision we made at Evad Technology Group to ensure our company remains relevant, competitive, and aligned with our evolving goals and market dynamics,” explains Dave Mahon, Evad CEO and founder (pictured). “As we’ve expanded and grown over the years, our services, target markets, and customer segments have also diversified. The rebrand helps us present a unified and updated image that accurately reflects the breadth and depth of what we offer today.”
The company’s new messaging – ‘protect and empower’ – reflects its all-in range of solutions that safeguard customers against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats, and facilitate innovation and agility.
“Today we are seeing sophisticated threats that are happening more frequently. Ransomware attacks, phishing schemes, and advanced persistent threats (APTs) have become more prevalent and complex,” says Mahon. “Our goal is to protect businesses from these challenges. Our newly-launched zero trust ICT managed services contract is at the forefront of this effort. It includes next-gen antivirus, ransomware protection, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and the achievement and management of Microsoft’s Mission 65 framework to proactively identify and neutralise threats.”
Mahon explains how an agile IT infrastructure is also key to embracing innovation. “Businesses must use scalable and flexible IT solutions to quickly adapt to changing needs and to support dynamic operations. This flexibility is key to staying competitive in a rapidly evolving market.”
Compliance and risk management are another key part of the picture, says Mahon. “Ensuring that any innovation complies with regulations and effectively managing risks is vital for maintaining business integrity and avoiding legal complications. We help businesses navigate this area, giving them the expertise they need to stay compliant and secure.”
Of course, without a skilled workforce able to put these elements into practice, businesses will struggle to bed down any real change. “Businesses need to ensure their workforce is equipped to drive innovation. Our training and development programmes support the development of employees’ technical and soft skills, and our IT contact resourcing department ensures that companies can access highly skilled contractors for both short and long-term roles, filling critical gaps and enhancing overall capabilities,” says Mahon.
Wrapped around all of these offerings is a responsive support offering, which Mahon says provides assistance at every client touchpoint. “Our helpdesk operates 24/7, ensuring around-the-clock support for any technical inquiries or issues. We offer remote and onsite support options, which means we can act promptly regardless of location. Our proactive monitoring system enables us to detect and address potential issues before they escalate, minimising disruptions and ensuring smooth operations.”
For Evad, it’s all about empowering its clients to use technology for their success, and making sure they can easily access the assistance and resources they need to navigate confidently through their IT journey.
