Amacis Productivity is an e-mail productivity and management package. With it, e-mail may be automatically redirected to the right person or team in an organisation regardless of the destination e-mail address.
The redirection feature uses self-learning message content analysis and skill base routing technologies, which Amacis claims provides faster response to mission-critical correspondence.
The e-mail may be integrated with data from an appropriate operational system or database, such that Amacis Productivity can generate a suggested response for the receiving individual. The employee need only verify the response; this reduces the time and cost to process.
Team-based working and content-based interception features allow the e-mail workload to be shared across a team.
Amacis Productivity has delivery capabilities specific to the needs of executive and mobile employees. These control the e-mail traffic they receive, when they should receive it and under what circumstances.
The software completely tracks, reports and automatically escalates queries to management, thus ensuring that responses to important e-mails occur quickly.
It does not require any new desktop software, allowing organisations to maintain their existing investment in mail servers and clients.
