Classified ads website DoneDeal.ie has announced a partnership that will see ads placed by SIMI (Society of the Irish Motor Industry) dealers on their website BeepBeep.ie automatically appear on DoneDeal.
SIMI members’ cars on DoneDeal filtered through BeepBeep.ie must be cleared by a car history check (operated by Experian) and every car submitted to the website must come with some level of warranty, such as that from a manufacturer or dealer. Every single dealer advertising on BeepBeep.ie is a already a registered SIMI member, compliant to a strict code of ethics.
Cathal Cremen, commercial manager, DoneDeal, said: "Partnering with SIMI will now give DoneDeal users access to a wider range of dealers, repairers, vehicle distributors, wholesalers, retailers, vehicle testers and many more important operators in the Irish motor Industry. Partnering with DoneDeal will also give BeepBeep.ie access to a much larger shop window with over 3 million unique visitors to DoneDeal every month."
Alan Nolan, director general of SIMI said: "This development opens up a new commercial opportunity for SIMI dealers by bringing the BeepBeep.ie message to thousands of new consumers online… The display of members stock on DoneDeal will link discerning consumers with responsible businesses and showcasing the best dealer stock that the Irish used car market has to offer."
