Dassault Systemes expands Irish presence in Cork

New office doubles office space in an ongoing commitment to the region

Dassault Systemes opened their new office in Phoenix House, Cork, with twice the capacity of its previous space in the docklands.

The Cork team have their roots in the life science industry but have recently delved into others, including aerospace and automation.

With more than 17,000 staff worldwide, the company provides virtual universes imagining sustainable innovations to transform the way products are designed, produced and supported.

Kevin O’Leary, country manager Dassault Systemes Ireland, said: “We have an outstanding team in Cork delivering innovation and growth across our global client base. With this new investment we now have the foundation from which to accelerate our cross-industry expansion.”

French Ambassador HE Stephane Crouzat presided over the opening, with Simon Coveney, Tanaiste & Minister for Foreign Affairs & Trade; and Cllr Mick Finn, Lord Mayor of Cork City Council.
