More value: Damovo MD Mary Bradshaw
Enterprise ICT solutions and service provider Damovo Ireland says it has secured €4.5 million in new service contracts for 2011.
The firm reports that, despite challenging economic conditions, it is seeing “huge demand” from Irish businesses seeking to outsource the management of their IT infrastructures and applications.
The firm says demand for its service portfolio has increased significantly this year, with over 100 private and public sector customers signing contracts. Customers include the ESB and IT Blanchardstown.
The firm provides remote and onsite management of all types of ICT systems, including voice, data, unified communications and business applications.
Damovo says much of its recent success results from its re-designed service portfolio, which is now more flexible and offers lower-cost options.
MD Mary Bradshaw says the firm is concentrating on “activities where we could provide more tangible value”.
She added: “We are constantly developing more customised service offerings and are investing in our service team to ensure they have the highest levels of relevant skills and accreditations.”
