Ability Office is a suite of office productivity software that incorporates word processing, database, spreadsheet and photo editing applications.
Aimed at small businesses as an alternative to better known office software brands, it has an interface familiar to many PC users and is simple to install, taking up only 40Mbit of hard disk space.
All the applications within the product are multilingual. A user can create PDF files from documents, sheets, tables, forms, reports and images, ensuring that the files they email or copy to friends or colleagues are exact copies of the original.
Ability Office provides MS Office and Adobe PhotoShop file compatibility and interface familiarity, and features ‘Recent Files’ and ‘Recent Folders’ sidecar menus, which provide users with instant access to previously edited and stored files. All of the applications within the suite support Macros using the VBScript language with code and forms editors. The product retails at EUR66 (ex-VAT).
