CK Business Electronics has achieved the IP Telephony Specialisation from Cisco, a status that recognises the firm’s capability to plan, design, implement and support Cisco IP Telephony systems.
As part of the specialisation process, resellers must ensure that staff holding certain positions at the company must meet certain testing criteria. These are an account manager who overseas the sale to the customer; a sales engineer responsible for the network planning and design; and a field engineer responsible for the implementation and support of the specified Cisco system.
