Belfast-based information security firm Celare, which was recently acquired by UK IT services company Newell & Budge, has opened a new office in Dublin as part of a continuing expansion into the Irish marketplace.

The company has also appointed an Ireland country manager, Carmel Owens, who will head a technical team based in George’s Quay, Dublin.

‘The office in Dublin and the locally based employees ensures that we can provide high levels of support and consultancy directly to our Irish customers,’ said Owens. ‘It also means that Celare can offer its range of technical training courses and security seminars here in central Dublin’.
