BrokerCRM, a provider of software solutions for the property and financial services, has signed a deal to provide Blue Sky Mortgages’ nationwide network of independent mortgage brokers with their dedicated broker software solution.
The deal is a significant accomplishment for BrokerCRM and aims to enhance services to Blue Sky Mortgages’ growing customer base. Blue Sky has 14 branches, with three more due to open by year-end.
The BrokerCRM software package will let Blue Sky Mortgage brokers use on-line application functions, case management functionality and cross marketing opportunities.
The system requires only a single point of data entry, with automatic data transfer from that point forward resulting in faster and more efficient service turnaround. The system also automatically updates mortgage rates.
BrokerCRM MD Philip O’Reilly said his firm had beaten off “significant competition” from software providers in Ireland and the UK.
Blue Sky CEO Ronan Morris said his firm had needed a package capable of adapting to online application transmission, “something which is becoming a necessity in mortgage brokering.” It also needed to have excellent case-management functionality and high-end CRM capability, he added.
Blue Sky Mortgages, launched in July 2006, comprises a nationwide group of mortgage brokers who now operate under the one brand name.
