Software firm Bentley Systems have recently announced that they are creating 110 new jobs in Dublin over the coming months. The firm who were involved in the building of the Lansdowne Aviva Stadium already employ 110 people in its European, Middle Eastern and African Head Quarters in Dublin City Centre. The firm specialises in developing software serving the construction, engineering and architecture markets.

The company already employs multilingual finance and administrative personnel, sales and marketing professionals, technical support, and product engineers, in its Shared Services, Sales and Marketing Centre. It is not yet known specifically in which areas the new positions will be. Bentley established their operation only 18 months ago with the assistance of the Irish Government and the IDA.

Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton warmly welcomed the news. Minister Bruton commented that, “Ireland’s ability to attract companies of the caliber of Bentley can be attributed to our talented workforce and successful track record in the services sector. On behalf of the Irish government I wish to offer this dynamic and exciting company every support as it grows its Irish operations into the future.”
