Cyber security is no longer just an IT issue – it is a critical business risk and what makes it challenging for organisations is the velocity of change. This shift from awareness to action will be the focus of an upcoming executive briefing in Dublin, hosted by Leaf IT in partnership with Dublin Chamber.

From Threat to Action: Cyber Resilience for Irish Businesses will take place on Wednesday, 10 June 2026, from 9:00am to 11:00am at Dublin Chamber, 7 Clare Street, Dublin 2.

The breakfast event will bring together business leaders, IT decision-makers and risk professionals for a focused discussion on how organisations can strengthen their resilience against an increasingly complex threat landscape.

Andrew Johnston, managing director of Leaf IT, said the event is designed to give leaders clarity and confidence in navigating cyber risk.

“Cyber security is a critical risk to Business longevity and the pace of change can make it difficult to navigate for organisations. This session is about turning concern into action. We want to give business leaders clear, practical steps they can take immediately to strengthen resilience and reduce risk”

Under the theme Securing the Future: Risk & Resilience for Irish Businesses, the session will address the key challenges organisations face in 2026, including ransomware readiness, AI-enabled threats, e-mail security, backup strategy and broader risk management.

Speakers include cyber security specialists from eSentire, Mimecast, OpenText and Leaf IT. Each session is designed to move beyond theory, providing practical, real-world guidance that organisations can apply from day one.

The event is tailored for IT leaders, senior executives, compliance professionals and those responsible for governance and operational resilience.

Attendance is free, with places limited and reserved primarily for end-user organisations.

Further information and registration details are available via Eventbrite.
