Innov8 Technology, a specialist supplier of Sage software and the Inn range of applications, has partnered with document management and imaging company Version One to deliver paperless office technology to Innov8’s 500 Sage 200, Sage Line 100, MMS and Inn customers.
The partnership enables Innov8’s customers to electronically store, deliver, retrieve and authorise business documents (invoices, purchase orders and despatch notes, etc.) directly from their software system. Version One’s OCR technology automatically captures data from incoming business documents, verifies it, then uploads it to the client company’s core finance/ERP system, reducing the time and costs associated with manual data entry.
Innov8 commercial director Carl Maher commented: “Our customers’ business needs were key reasons behind this Version One partnership. Increasingly, Sage and Inn users have been demanding an integrated document management solution to streamline their processes, improve customer service and make cost savings across the business. By using Version One’s technology tightly integrated into their core software system, Innov8 customers can now eliminate the paper chase inherent in many business procedures, improving efficiency while making savings of cost, staff time and storage space.

Innov8’s Inn range of software applications include warehousing, EPoS, contact management, van sales, resource management, stock control, MIS and e-commerce solutions.
