Workday to add 200 jobs at Dublin office

Workday has said it will to create 200 jobs for Dublin over the next three years. The announcement was made at the official opening of the cloud applications company’s new office in Church Street, Dublin 7 this morning.

Workday has been supported in its growth by the Dept of Jobs through IDA Ireland.

Workday’s Dublin office, the company’s headquarters in Europe, was established in 2008 following the acquisition of enterprise services provider Cape Clear. The new office will serve as a major centre for key roles in product and technology development, customer support, services, data centre operations, and sales.

Workday has more than 4,500 employees, nearly 400 of which are based in Dublin.

It boasts a customer base of more than 1,000 organisations, ranging from SMES to Fortune 50 enterprises.
