Ripplecom is to create 20 new jobs in Limerick following a €1.2 million core and backhaul network upgrade.

The technology platforms used to support the solutions has been enhanced to include fibre, e-fibre and copper-based infrastructure in tandem with the more traditional wireless infrastructure operated by the company.

Speaking about the significance of this investment upgrade, chief technology officer Denis Herlihy said: “This investment underpins Ripplecom’s commitment to provide quality product offerings to the SME marketspace. Our enhanced core and backhaul network enables Ripplecom to connect customers throughout the 26 counties.”
