Novi invests €510,000 in Naas services centre

Managed services provider Novi has invested €510,000 in a new service centre in Naas, Co, Kildare. The investment includes funding for the development of advanced reporting and predictive analytics tools to monitor cyber security defences, infrastructure, cloud and critical events.

George O’Dowd, managing director, Novi, said: “The threat of cybercrime in particular, has grown significantly in recent years, and customer requirements have evolved as a result. Advances in technology have resulted in customers’ needs becoming more complex over time. Customers now expect features such as proactive traffic monitoring, content filtering, and advanced threat protection to be among the services that they receive.

“This new centre provides Novi with the capability and capacity to deal with these changing requirements, and provide a broader range of services to help protect our clients, while also enhancing our managed service and disaster recovery offerings.

“This investment will augment our holistic service, which has been designed to reduce IT risk by an average of 75%. Novi is passionate about helping customers grow through better, secure and more reliable IT. Our customers benefit from more structured and streamlined operations, enabling them to boost productivity by up to 36%, increase revenue and employee satisfaction and reduce customer infrastructure costs by an average of 16%.”
