Laya healthcare chooses GMC, Neopost as customer communications provider

Laya healthcare has appointed GMC Software Technology (GMC) and partner Neopost Ireland to manage print and digital customer communications.

The new system, based on GMC’s Inspire solution, will be be rolled out in four phases over the coming months.

“Our brand promise is our commitment to look after our members always and we are delighted to work with GMC to ensure we deliver excellent communication and provide the very best that our more than half a million members can expect in the future,” said Ian Brennan, director of IT, laya healthcare. “The introduction of GMC Inspire will improve efficiency, optimise the communication process to bring more benefits to our members and deliver a consistency across print, digital and mobile channels as the way we communicate with our members evolves.”

Duncan Groom, managing director, Neopost Ireland, said: “Laya healthcare is a long established Neopost mailing customer and we’re delighted to grow this relationship to include a best-in-class CCM solution like GMC Inspire.
