Integrity360 acquires UK security provider Metadigm

Integrity360 is to acquire of UK IT security specialist Metadigm. Financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

Integrity360 operates in the UK through its London and Birmingham offices. The firm reported year-on-year growth of 53% in 2016 with an increase of €13 million in annual turnover from €24.5 million to €37.5 million.

One of the first cybersecurity companies in the UK, Metadigm, has been operating for more than 20 years and has an expected 2017 turnover of £3 million.

Founded in 2005, Integrity360 employs 175 people at its base in Sandyford, Dublin. The company is expects to complete the hiring of a further 150 employees by the end of 2018.
