The IIS Group is adding a further 50 jobs across its headquarters in Dublin and offices in the UK, Netherlands and Poland. Once filled, these jobs will increase the company headcount to 150.

The company provides business management software, services and support to small and medium-sized enterprises, specialising in support and development of SAP’s Business One ERP solution.

The announcement was made from the EY Entrepreneur of The Year CEO Retreat to Germany, where chief executive Morgan Browne has joined over 110 entrepreneurs for a week-long executive bootcamp across Berlin and Munich.

Browne, a finalist in this year’s EY Entrepreneur of The Year programme, said: “At the end of last year, the IIS Group announced plans to create 30 new positions to supplement our European and global activities. All these positions are now filled and based on our 40% growth so far this year, IIS now requires a further 50 people to satisfy demand.

“This has been driven by the economic upturn both in Ireland and on the continent. We’ve seen that companies are now confident in investing in IIS solutions based on SAP technology and the long-term benefits this can deliver to a growing, ambitious enterprise.

“In addition, the high demand for our new Surfer product and other B1 Apps has resulted in further expansion of our European presence. As Europe’s leading SAP Business One partner and a global leader for SAP HANA we look to building on this new raft of jobs moving into 2016”.

IIS is an SAP gold partner and one of Europe’s leading SAP Business One VARs, with more than 400 successful implementations to date.
