Gema Consulting is a new Irish company that is enabling clients to deliver exceptional customer experience across all customer contact points.

Focusing on customer engagement via mobile and digital channels, the company works with providers of contact centre and mobility solutions/software, such as including Speech Storm, Genesys, MobileIron and Econiq.

“Gema Consulting’s approach is to virtualise the customer experience through mobility and digital channels to enable one consistent conversation,” said Ronan Murphy, chairman, Gema Consulting. “Organisations that understand the importance of great customer experience, and are willing to change their processes, can accrue productivity gains of between 25 and 40%. Gema Consulting can create a contact strategy and can have a contact centre solution up and running with a minimal investment for as little as €10,000.”

The company’s specialists develop digital, mobile and cloud solutions to meet changing markets. The solutions have the ability to integrate into an overall solution to provide a consistent conversation, regardless of the channel or interaction type chosen.

“The world is becoming increasingly mobile,” said Albert Keating, sales director, Gema Consulting. “The widespread use of social media and the rise in the adoption of cloud services creates challenges for companies to engage with their customers in a single conversation. At Gema, our sole aim is to change and improve a customer’s experience and how they interact with organisations to give a consistent experience with minimum effort.  This will positively impact an organisation’s bottom line by reducing customer defection, cost to save and allow better conversations which will increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.”
