    Scala Executive Programme: Discovering customer requirements

    Scala Executive, a series of 4 workshops being held in the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Dublin, commences in September 2014 and finishes in February 2015. Each course centres on key product management areas which will help drive revenue growth, increase profitability and shorten the sales process.

    The first workshop in the series Discovering Customer Requirements on 29 September will be delivered by Ellen Gottesdiener, well-known author and expert in product management.

    Gottesdiener is an influential coach and works with clients including Cisco, ESPN, Microsoft, Telecom New Zealand and Verizon.

    Ellen’s most recent book, Discover to Deliver: Agile Product Planning and Analysis provides an essential planning and analysis practices needed to collaboratively deliver high value products.

    Discovering Customer Requirements is suited to people in the following job roles:
