Business intelligence and analytics service provider Covali has merged with marketing automation company SiliconCloud.
The merged company will be known as SiliconCloud and will focus on providing enterprise solutions for front and back office requirements and deliver analytic solutions to add value and deliver better ROI on technology investments.
Noel Shannon, previously CEO of Covali, has been installed as CEO of SiliconCloud while Patrick Murphy, founder of SiliconCloud, has been named chief marketing officer. Paddy Moore continues as professional services director of the combined business.
“This merger will augment our ERP and e-commerce offerings based on NetSuite and complement our business intelligence and analytics solutions on Qlik and GoodData. By locating at NexusUCD we will benefit from UCD’s vast talent base as we evolve our new product development strategy and initiatives,” said Shannon.
