Great performer: Acrobat.com has come up with several new tricks
Adobe has added some useful new features to the latest version of Acrobat.com, its online collaboration tool. Additions include Flickr and Google image integration, mobile support, and organisational improvements.
Acrobat.com is a productivity and collaboration suite that supports online document sharing, word-processing, video and audio conferencing, and PDF creation.
In its latest iteration the suite has been uplifted with a mobile component that lets users upload file images from mobile devices. The addition, scanR, then stores these file images as searchable PDFs. Users can also read files from their phones, share files, and fax files from the Acrobat.com organiser.
Other new features include the ability to
* import and export PPT/PPTX files
* export tables to PDF, XLS, and CSV
* export to EPUB (eBook format) via Adobe Buzzword
* integrate with Adobe Kuler for browsing
