Guaranteeing support levels

Memory Bank, the Dublin-based IT products distributor, has been appointed distributor in Ireland for the full portfolio of 3Com products, including voice, switching and wireless solutions.
Memory Bank MD Elaine Ralph noted: "We have been working closely with 3Com over the past few years and are delighted to have been awarded a direct contract."
Ray O'Connor, country manager for 3Com in Ireland, added: "With this agreement we expect to fulfil 80-90% of our sales in Ireland via our two local distributors. I think it's important that 3Com products are sourced only from our two authorised distributors; that's the only way we can guarantee the support levels that benefit everyone."
