Dublin-based E-MIT Solutions has acquired Outspan Technologies, an IT consultancy. As part of the deal Outspan's Alan Kinane has taken up the role of senior IT consultant with E-MIT, which has also taken on the company's client list.
Commenting on the acquisition E-MIT Solutions founder and MD Éamon Moore said: "I am delighted with this recent acquisition that has cemented a very strong partnership agreement that had already been in place between E-MIT and Outspan. Our vision for the future of IT in business was very much in line with that of Outspan so it made perfect sense to build on that vision as one entity. We are extremely happy with the relationships we have developed with our new clients even at this early stage, many of whom have already introduced our cloud and security solutions to their organisations."
