Irish-owned cloud services provider Digital Planet has said it has made significant gains in its business and cost savings since adopting HP CloudSystem.
Digital Planet, an independent subsidiary of HiberniaEvros Technology, provides enterprise-class infrastructure solutions including end-to-end IaaS and computing on-demand, said it has generated €1 million in new business and saved 46% in costs over the course of one year.
Digital Planet co-founder and operations director Brian Larkin said: "More companies in Ireland are looking to transform the way that IT serves their business. They want their infrastructure delivered as a service that can speed deployment and minimise the need for capital investments. Digital Planet is all about leveraging a cloud-based delivery model to meet that need."
