Bullet, and automated accounting and payroll company and business owners' lives easier through an iPhone app that track expenses and mileage through camera and GPS functions.

The expenses function works by simply taking pictures of receipts with the iPhone's camera which then log the amounts and differentiate them between personal and company expenses.

The mileage calaulator built in to the iPhone GPS that tracks mileage allowance, and automatically adds it to your payroll with all taxes worked out.


Bank Balances

Developed by Dublin chartered accountants Cooney Carey, Bank Balances is a neat solution for individuals and SMEs to manage their spending habits.

The app allows users to track multiple accounts (current, savings, mortgage, and credit card) and expenditure by user-defined categories (food, education, clothing, utilities, loan repayments etc).

The app is password protectable and each function is easily edited. It even has a multi-currency functionality and a backup facility via Dropbox to save and restore data.


Unofficial Irish Driver Theory Test
For: Android

Developers App Savage stress this is app is not endorsed by the RSA (or any other official body), but it's one way to prepare for your test while you're spending time on public transport.

The free version containts 40 questions (enough for a full test) while the as-yet-unreleased premium version promises a much larger database, over 100 traffic signs and illustrated situations with related questions
